    I was really split on leaving good feedback here. Shipping a DVD drive in a paper envelope is very poor. They're fragile components and a bit of bubble wrap and a padded envelope aren't expensive. Somehow the drive survived, so on balance, it gets good feedback. But regardless, please stop shipping drives in paper envelopes.
