Take A Seat (Midlands) Limited does not accept any responsibility and/or liability for any item(s) sold (including seat(s)) being fitted and it is the buyer’s responsibility to get these item(s) (including seat(s)) fitted by a qualified/approved installer.
All item(s) sold (including seat(s)) need to be checked by approved installer prior to installation and they will need to make sure that all seat belts, sensors, seat buckles and all other features are in good working order.
All item(s) sold (including seat(s)) are in a “Used Condition” unless they are specifically stated as “New Condition” and therefore are strictly SOLD AS SEEN. No WARRANTY is given.
PAYMENTS / COLLECTIONS
Our preferred method of payment is threw Ebay. Any items collected will need to be paid by cash or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, a full cleared payment must be received before the date of collection.
SHIPPING / DELIVERIES
All items are security marked. For deliveries please leave a contact number and email. The buyer is responsible to make sure that someone is available to accept delivery as a signature is required. If the delivery is not accepted on the day and the item is not picked up from the courier depo, there may be a return charge if it arrives back to us. All item dispatched will be sent on a tracked and signed for delivery service. Delivery times are estimated by couriers and we will make every effort to deliver goods at the earliest possible date. UK DELIVERY Items will be dispatched within (1-2) working days as items need to be packed up properly so they do not get damaged. You will also receive a message through Ebay with tracking details.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your goods arrive damaged, please email or message us through Ebay with photos showing the damage. It is also vital that you send photos of the internal and external packaging as claims cannot be processed without this evidence. Upon receipt of this, a replacement can be shipped out (if there is one available) and the damaged item(s) will be collected by courier. You will be informed of date when item(s) will be collected.
CUSTOM CLEARANCE
If you are outside the UK, you are subject to IMPORT DUTIES, VAT and TAXES, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Any such charges must be paid by you; we have no controL over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local Customs office for further information. If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item(s) could be returned to Take A Seat (Midlands) Limited or destroyed. If your order is returned to us, we will not be able to refund you for the order. We would not be able to refund any
original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned item(s) minus
any costs incurred in returning them to Take A Seat (Midlands) Limited. Take A
Seat (Midlands) Limited does not accept responsibility for items being delayed
through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no
refunds on shipping costs unless Take A Seat (Midlands) Limited is responsible
for the error.
COLLECTIONS
Purchases made on Ebay will be dispatched by courier with tracking details. Any items collected will need to be paid by ebay (code required for collection) or cash / bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, a full cleared payment must be received before the date of collection.
RETURNS
item(s) incorrectly ordered must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date in the same condition as they were dispatched. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs. We recommend using a tracked and signed for service as we cannot take responsibility for any items not arriving back to us. We suggest that you keep any receipts as they will contain your tracking number. A handling charge of 25% (excluding postage costs) for incorrect items ordered will be applied to cover our stocking fee and administration costs. Any items returned must be packaged to the same standard as they were delivered in. Any damage caused by poor packaging will result in NO REFUND being issued. If we find items are returned with wear and tear or any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and you will have to pay the additional shipping charge to receive the goods back. Upon inspection of the returned product, Take A Seat (Midlands) Limited will issue a refund less the original delivery charge in the event that the item is incorrectly ordered. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an
unsuitable condition, Take A Seat (Midlands) Limited reserves the right not to
refund the item. If you want the item returned to you, this will be at your own
expense. All items damaged in transit must be reported within 24hrs of delivery
date.
