He claims it was working when sold, but it doesn’t work properly when the light is turning on and off. The shipping label was printed on the 20th & the item was taken to the post office on Monday the 21st. We do not control how long the post office takes to get items to you. The item was delivered on the 26th & you immediately did a payment dispute on a perfectly working item.
