Great customer service to support through finding the parcel and delivering it. The item looks the same like on the pictures. The outer box was damaged due to rough postal handling probably. The box of the toy was creased a bit but still presentable. Seller may need to choose a different delivery method or company or wrap the item around with protective material. In my opinion. Overall, I am happy to have this Geomag toy. Thank you.

Poor communication and careless packaging.
