Great customer service to support through finding the parcel and delivering it. The item looks the same like on the pictures. The outer box was damaged due to rough postal handling probably. The box of the toy was creased a bit but still presentable. Seller may need to choose a different delivery method or company or wrap the item around with protective material. In my opinion. Overall, I am happy to have this Geomag toy. Thank you.

Finally delivered 16th Oct - far slower than expected. Arrived rattling loose in a large box with zero protection; toy arrived lightly marked and inner box damaged. Poor communication and careless packaging. At time of purchase the listing stated dispatch within 2 working days (this has since been changed). Item arrived loosely packed with no protective wrap; toy lightly marked and inner box damaged. This is an accurate account of my experience.
