    It is missing pieces, it is very dirty, the stainless steel bowl is all scratched up, the stainless rim around the mixer motor was detached when I opened the box today, I want to return it for full credit

    This is the description from the listing. (This is a used piece of equipment that runs well. The instructions and dough hook are missing. This will be shipped in the box in the photos.) The rim around the motor was attached when it was shipped. What was not clear in the description?

    The box arrived today and to get it so quickly was great. I did want to share the picture attached to show you how the box arrived - in very poor shape and torn open. Thankfully everything was still inside, a miracle I will attribute to God considering it was nearly entirely open. Also, everything looks to be in unbroken condition. I would have been heart-broken otherwise. For the shipping cost I gave 5 stars not to be unfair to you...but if you can complain to the carrier-I'd do so. Thank you
