        Pre-amp gave an earth hum with its power supply. Another compatible Pro-Ject power supply (costing £25, which is now surplus to requirements) eliminated the earth hum but the pre-amp wouldn t work. Seller offered a partial refund (for non-working item), declining to refund: ebay ruled for full refund. Seller s communication was good and I got my money back for the preamp, otherwise this would be negative. Seller then requested revised feedback from neutral! Feedback revised to give detail.

        As the buyer explains, he was not happy with the item, I offered a 50% refund to keep the item (which worked perfectly in my system), he decided to return it, which was fine. He was then fully refunded. Communication was simple and open. How this results in a neutral feedback is beyond me.
