I was a little concerned when the boots arrived: they were simply put into a thin plastic envelope/bag type of package (sort of like the reusable white packages Amazon uses) without any packing material, but the boots were fine. My only concern is that the ankle section of the boots are so thin that I can't get my foot fully into either boot. I'm stretching them out now, so this should be fixed soon.
