For example, the box arrived crumpled and was too small to fit the main piece without it being wedged and directly touching either side of the box making it susceptible to direct impacts.I found one component with some visible cracks. I asked for pics of the item and received one picture showing just the box, apparently wet and extremely damaged. It's disappointing that buyer ignored requests to make the situation right, and insisted on leaving negative feedback.
