    This buyer purchased an iPad with a cracked screen that was shown and described as NOTHING IS VISIBLE on the screen. The description states an EXTERNAL MONITOR was connected thru a docking station to show iPad still works. Buyer did not ask for any type of resolution before leaving the unfair negative feedback and I did not have a chance to resolve. I always disclose all issues with a product and never deceive buyers. Please disregard this feedback and see all my POSITIVE FEEDBACK.
