    It came a little earlier than expected but that was great and the CD case came broken but I replaced it with a new one, and it was well packaged too and it’s as described, everything’s intact. It has such a great value I would buy from this shop again 😊👍

    Sorry to hear the case was broken, but glad to hear it didn't spoil your purchase. All CDs are simply sent in a bubble envelope with no extra protection. This enables us to offer postage at no cost to the buyer. Most arrive with no damage, but unfortunately there are a few exceptions where the Royal Mail machinery damages the case. Luckily, these are usually easily replaceable. Thank you for your positive feedback, despite the damaged case.

    Fabulous postage pos free arrived on timethe packaging was great ok 4 item cudve bbn put in a better padded mail packet envelope it is as described also excellent value for money fab price great deal for fantastic song by a fab artiste excellent repotoir, lovely lilac cd colour, jewellery case shows signs if wear cd doesn't stay in place bits of center broken off of holding clips in middle.

    Good to hear you're happy with the CD but your comments re the packaging are disappointing. We use Sealed Air Mail Lite bubble envelopes, and rarely hear of any problems. For low value items such as this, we need to use inexpensive packaging and low cost postage to be able to offer "free" postage (postage is never free, we have to pay for it!). However, I accept your comments, and I will review our packaging. Maybe a cardboard stiffener might help with CD singles, when they're in slim cases.
