      Hi yunhhwan2, I’m sorry you’re disappointed, but as clearly stated in my listing and shown in multiple photos, this LG Gram was sold fully working “as-is” with a missing “A” key, top-cover cleaning streaks (not damage), and no charger included. All condition details were in the description and images. Thank you for your feedback.
