      I'm sorry that you are unhappy with this purchase, however card was pictured and advertised with no sleeve or hard case. Typically I don't use a hard sleeve unless requested from buyer at time of purchase or if the item is worth $50 or more. However, I do send in a penny sleeve, thick card board and a bubble mailer to ensure no damage.
