      Arrived in not the greatest condition unfortunately, despite being classed as 'very good'. Packaging was extremely poor, just a flimsy thin carboard. But the seller was responsive and quick to find a solution with me. It did arrive quickly, and despite the condition it was by far the cheapest on eBay, so overall a good experience 👍🏻

      Item arrived damaged with tears to the dust jacket and the hard cover. Contacted customer service who said that this was communicated in the product description- so I double checked it and there was nothing of the sort- just a generic description. They offered a paltry discount or a refund when contacted- but they shouldn’t have sold the item in the first place at the price they were offering. Wouldn’t recommend this seller.

      The description stated; 'The item is unused. It will have some minor damage or wear and tear but the inside content will not be affected' and was mentioned in 2 separate sections of the listing. The price was a vey fair price for the condition (almost half price and with free delivery) and we offered a further 10% discount on top of this as the buyer indicated they weren't happy. The buyer chose the keep the book instead of returning it for free for a full refund.
