      The seller was good about refunding one of two mugs as it arrived with a large chip on the rim, no missing piece in the box or packing. One mug was fine so I kept it after offering to return the damaged mug or they could ship a replacement, or half refund the order. They didn’t want to ship a replacement so I ordered 4 more from a different seller. All in all I’m satisfied, no hard feelings on my end. I love these mugs and wanted more than the two we’ve used daily, great vintage product.
