I find it a great pity that you did not contact me so that I could try and rectify the problem before leaving a complaint.I fail to understand why you have been charged postage as I had already paid it. As this is the second purchase of the identical earring, the first one you left positive feedback for so I fail to understand what happened to the second one. In future when purchasing, you should contact the sellers if there is a problem and give them the chance to rectify it..
