Until the customer contacted me to advise that the tablecloth had not arrived, I was unaware that there was an issue. The customer sent ONE email on the 26th Feb and due to being poorly with covid, I couldn't reply the same day. They then sent in a request (27th) which was responded to later that day. I do not feel that they really gave me chance to offer any assistance before leaving this feedback. They have now been refunded.
