Delivery to addresses classed as Highlands & Islands may incur additional postage charges. You are welcome to contact us for a quote if you think this may apply to you. The Dried Petal Company reserves the right to request additional postage to cover such costs.
 
Approval of Proofs: When an order is received for a personalised item, proofs will be prepared featuring your chosen names / colouring. The proofs will be sent for your approval before any work will commence. Please check all wording & spellings very carefully prior to approval. The Dried Petal Company cannot be held responsible for errors identified after work has commenced. Any alterations after this time will be charged accordingly. Please bear in mind colours may vary from that viewed on-screen due to differences in screen types, screen settings & the printing process.
 
Cancellation:
Personalised / Custom-made to order items - any orders cancelled after the approval of proofs stage / or the point at which crafting starts, will be charged appropriately to the work already carried out. If all work has been completed, the order will be charged in full.
 
Non-custom items - you have 30 calendar days to cancel/return your order (see Refunds section below for more details on this).
 
Damaged Items & Refunds: If you find anything to be damaged upon receipt of your order, please notify us, ideally within 24 hours and include a photo if possible and we will arrange a replacement.
 
Refunds are not given for personalised / custom-made to order items, as per the Department for Business Innovation & Skills document Consumer Contracts Implementing Guidance 2013 Section H 6. This is because the item has been custom made for you.
Non-customised items: Should you change your mind, you may return the item(s) to us unused & in the condition they were received within 30 calendar days for an exchange or refund. Please contact us prior to returning your item to arrange the return. Please note: return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
 
Stock Levels: Whilst we endeavor to maintain accurate stock levels, it may not always be possible during high volume sales periods. In the unlikely event that you order an item that has become out of stock, we will contact you asap to inform you of this with details of the wait time or to offer a refund.
