DEAD STOCK:

UPON ARRIVAL PLEASE CHECK THE SPECIMEN/S CAREFULLY. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THEM FROM THE BOX UNLESS YOU ARE ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH THEM. If upon inspection the specimen/s DO NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS are DAMAGED or are the WRONG ITEM, then as per your eBay auction agreement please close the box lid and inform us with-in 48 hours of receipt. A picture as evidence of damage/wrong item should be provided via eBay messages. Returns MUST be received back with-in 14 days for a refund or replacement. As per your eBay auction agreement the customer pays the return postage. Please return the unwanted/damaged item using the original packaging. Returns are processed through eBay. Please press the “return item” button next to your purchased item and follow eBay instructions, which includes how to print your returns labels.

QUALITY REFERENCE – PLEASE CHECK YOUR EBAY AUCTION DESCRIPTION:

A1 = Perfect NO defects. Ideal for frames or display.

A1 - = Very minor defects, no obvious rubbing.

A- = Obvious marking/rubbing, damage/tears/chips. Antenna damaged (unless otherwise stated).

A2 = Poor, wing/antenna damage, for reference only.

LIVESTOCK:

VERY IMPORTANT: Livestock received dead on arrival. Please contact us through eBay messages within 48 hours.

OVA – These are returnable with-in 14 days of delivery IF PROVEN to be infertile. We will either send replacements, alternatives or refund. ALL ova sent are from observed pairings.

LARVAE – These are returnable with-in 14 days of delivery IF DEAD ON ARRIVAL. We will NOT be held responsible for losses after live receipt. We will send replacements, alternatives or refund on DOA only. We always post out healthy larvae with adequate larval food plant for the journey.

COCOONS - These are returnable with-in 14 days of delivery IF DEAD ON ARRIVAL. We will send replacements, alternatives or refund on DOA only. We always post out healthy cocoons. We have had complaints for opening cocoons and complaints for not opening cocoons – a no-win situation! With some species we open cocoons while others we rely on weight as a sign of health. We cannot guarantee sexes and sadly do not have the time to open cocoons and sex pupae. We will however do our best! Finally occasionally parasites have been known to emerge from pupae, in this instance a refund/replacement would be given. Such occurrences are rare and beyond our control at the time of dispatch.

PUPAE / CHRYSALIS - These are returnable with-in 14 days of delivery IF DEAD ON ARRIVAL. We will send replacements, alternatives or refund on DOA only. We always post out healthy pupae. We cannot guarantee sexes but will however do our best! Finally occasionally parasites have been known to emerge from pupae; in this instance a refund/replacement would be given. Such occurrences are rare and beyond our control at the time of dispatch.
