It's been 10 days since I ordered this on May 6th, It's now May 16th. Yet other items ordered from Seattle, So CA, and NY the same day and time, arrived in 5 days? This has caused me to loose a customer and over $200 worth of work we did on his motorcycle, as he took it to another shop. Unbelievable. I need a refund and seller can file a lost package report with USPS.
