Der Kunde kann das Widerrufsrecht innerhalb von 14 Werktagen ab dem Datum des Eingangs der Ware geltend machen, gemäß Art. Nr. 5 des Gesetzesdekrets 185/99. Innerhalb des oben genannten Zeitraums muss ein RMA-Formular ausgefüllt werden, das wir im Falle einer Anfrage auf Rücktritt vom Verkauf zur Verfügung stellen. Nach dem korrekten Ausfüllen des Formulars ist der Kunde zudem verpflichtet, die Ware intakt in allen ihren Teilen und in der Originalverpackung, einschließlich Identifikationsetiketten, zurücksenden.

Die Erstattung des für den Kauf gezahlten Preises enthält nicht die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung der Ware, welche der alleinigen Verantwortung des Kunden, der vom Kauf zurücktreten will, obliegen.
