1).- DESISTIMIENTO LEGAL ARTÍCULO 68 DEL TEXTO REFUNDIDO DE LA LEY GENERAL DE DEFENSA DE CONSUMIDORES Y USUARIOS

Efectuándose la devolución del importe pagado por el producto y los gastos de envío que fueron soportados por el comprador, para la remisión del producto a su destino. Serán de cuenta del comprador, los gastos de envío del producto a Elegance Casual, que se originen con motivo del ejercicio de este derecho de desistimiento.

En el caso de productos con tara o defecto de fabricación, Elegance Casual se compromete a correr con los gastos de envío y devolución correspondientes.

Dicha opción podrá ser ejercitada durante el plazo de un mes desde la adquisición del producto.
