Delivery times not as stated . Courier they use are hopelessly inadequate . Wasted time waiting for item to arrive when eventually sent and it didn’t arrive . Would not recommend

I am sorry it has been delayed with the courier, but we do quote 2-15 working days for delivery as stated in the item description as they are made to order. The item was dispatched within this time and would have also been delivered within this time frame too. However, as you were desperate for the item to be delivered this weekend, we paid nearly £60 for a Saturday by noon delivery. Unfortunately Fedex have failed to do this, which unfortunately is out of our control.
