2nd identical 4G router bought from Pacetech, and had to return this too for a refund. Be aware that they don't test them before dispatch despite knowing that some of them clearly suffer from poor to zero reception. 2 out of 2 completely unusable (the 1st one worked great for a week before giving up), so 100% failure rate for me. Totally UNreliable, junk product that will waste your time and money. Pay slightly more & buy a brand name you've heard of.
