Terms and conditions of the sale
You may cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations by notifying us no later than 14 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract. If you are returning goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost; and for the goods to arrive with us in a condition which will allow us to re-sell. This includes all packaging. Certain items will need to remain unopened to warrant a full refund (for example software due to copyright reasons and headsets due to hygiene reasons).
Returning goods:
When you return goods to us for any reason (for example because you have cancelled the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations or because you think they are defective goods): you must ensure that they are properly and securely packaged and labelled with our address (we will supply the label); Do not write on the manufacturers packaging. You are always responsible for any damage in transit that is due to incorrect or inadequate packaging by you; and you are responsible for any damage or loss in transit where you arrange the transport (rather than using our courier). For faulty items we will offer a collection by our courier.
Auction items cannot be returned unless they are a) faulty, b) not as described, c) arrived significantly later than advised (except for adverse weather conditions).
Delivery Service Schedule:
We do not use Royal Mail or Parcel Force. We use a national courier service. This is so that we get a proof of delivery signature (POD) for each parcel. The delivery service times are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (ideally suited for the workplace).
If goods bought and paid for before 3pm, we will ship for delivery on the next working day for mainland UK deliveries. International deliveries may take an additional 24 hours to arrive depending on the carrier and logistics.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. We do not authorise the courier to leave the goods on the doorstep or with a neighbour. We can deliver to your work address if this is more convenient. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card notifying they have attempted delivery, and giving contact details on how to re-arrange delivery. They will usually attempt twice before returning the goods to us.
If goods are returned to us, we can either refund you (less a delivery charge), or arrange re-delivery, (we reserve the right - depending on circumstance - to charge).
