After my original, negative, feedback, the seller asked me to revise the feedback. He told me that the delay in posting was due to his illness and that he had mentioned this on the listing. I did not see this note but I accept that it may have been there and that I missed it. However, the seller did fail to send the item by first class post, which I had paid for. He has apologized and refunded 40 pence, being the difference. Therefore this is still not positive.
