Poor seller communication. several days after purchase i contacted the seller to see if they shipped-i was advised they did, however my order status was never updated-after a week i reached back out to seller & asked when anticipated arrival was, no response, I asked a few days later if I could get the tracking number, no response— a full 10 days after purchase I filed a dispute with ebay for seller communication - i was issued a refund right away- but i REALLY wanted the boots, not a refund
