It's very disappointing. Obviously, The seller wrote 'just opened product' in the product description. But the product I received was different from the description. There are marks on the back of the book, and the gilt is peeled off. The seller had to write down the exact description of the product. I would like to get a refund if possible. Additionally, the seller did not respond to a legitimate refund request. eBay eventually brokered. I received an apology from eBay. eBay settled the case.
