I was not sent the bearing that was ordered. I ordered a NDH3L12 and was sent a McGill CYR 1 7/8 S bearing. The packing slip shows the correct part ordered but that part was not shipped . I need assistance with this issue as I do need the NDH3L12 bearing for a job . Sent several messages with no reply as to what to do next.

Customer sent several messages after hours and the issue was corrected this morning as soon as we were able to investigate. Correct part is shipped out, employee was fired and house burned down.
