Item was extremely poor quality; the colors of the reproduced stamp pictures were no where near the actual colors; the text in the document was nearly all a verbatim plagiarization of Wikipedia; appears that pictures were downloaded from the web, plagiarized text was added, and then the document was printed from (poor quality) home laser printer. Seller wanted the item shipped back for a refund but after I went through eBay the seller issued a full refund immediately. Do not buy!

a) Doesn´t read/see description & photos before buying; b) Wants the cake, to eat it and then some; c) Doesn´t return item, gets full refund and still complains; d) False claims on printing quality, i.e, .total disregard for different printing processes and corresponding results. Quack!
