The item I received didn’t match what was shown in the picture! It wasn’t just the badges that were the wrong color, the whole bear was the wrong color and didn’t match the badge. For example, grumpy was pink… I didn’t want to deal with returning and my kids wanted to play with them so that was too late. I repainted them the right colors instead of returning (see the picture).

I am not sure why you left a negative feedback. We clearly state: "FOR SOME REASON, OUR SECOND BATCH OF CARE BEARS CAKE TOPPERS DO NOT MATCH THE PHOTO. THE BEARS ARE THE SAME SHAPES BUT HAVE MIXED UP COLOR/TUMMY BADGES. WE ARE WORKING WITH THE MANUFACTURER TO GET THEM EXCHANGED BUT IN THE MEANTIME YOU WILL RECEIVE A SET THAT HAS DIFFERENT COLORS THAN SHOWN IN THE PICTURE." I'm sorry that you were unhappy. I would have offered a return if you had contacted me. :(
