This buyer is totally unreasonable! They purchased an item being delivered by ordinary post which is only delivered every second day as outlined in the Australia Post website. They did not elect nor pay for Express delivery service. In addition it is ordered immediately prior to Christmas when there is a 140% increase in deliveries and despite all it arrived in just six days! And for this I am rewarded with neutral feedback. This was received in less time than outlined in the eBay Postage Policy
