Now THIS is how I remember Helensburgh's town square. Double decker buses at the bus stop, nice grassed areas, etc. This is probably early 70s by the looks of it. Lovely to have this now in my collection. Its in a great condition for its age too. Arrived, as always, promptly and well packaged in a Do Not Bend envelope. Thank you!

Again, I love this postcard! it depicts the old School which is now the local Council's offices. In fact the buildings on this card (from 1923) to this day remain pretty unchanged! The message on the card describes the East Bay grassed area which is still there to this day, alas, the Clyde steamers she watches going by, are no longer there (except when the last remaining one, the PS Waverley makes its annual sailings). Very happy to have found this card which arrived promptly. Thank you!
