    As a collector I always ask for a careful packaging - this seller though sent the box with zero protection resulting in a damaged box. Upon messaging him, he literally responded with "there's always one who complains". If there's always "one", then he isn't just "one", and if it's "always" then the problem is you. Avoid this seller unless you don't care what condition your purchase arrives in.

    Item was refunded by Ebay, item was packed carefully and made it intact and in listed conditon. Buyer just wants to complain as their past feedbacks show a pattern of abuse.
