I contacted her about it and her response was: “I tried,I had the extra padding but removed it to meet the cost, but sorry this happens all the time with glass, this is why I whote the disclaimer in my add. Please re-read my add. Insued for $50 .” I have NEVER had my glass orders arrive shattered.
