Misrepresentation of product. Phone was represented as a new Phone in the box. Phone IMEI number did not match the box. Cord and charger were not original. Total scammer!

Hello, we are sorry to hear you had a negative experience. I would like to highlight a few key points. One, the phone was stated as new, not new in box. Two, I had not stated the chargers were the originals nor have I ever received a complaint about this in the past. Three, the IMEI did not match due to replacing the phone through insurance. We would have happily issued a refund had you requested one. We are disappointed we could not fix this for you, but regardless, wish you well in the future.
