Trash product & seller. Molded trash parts made my PS worse. Had a lot more excess than pictured. Seller wanted to push blame on buyer instead of manufacturing quality control. Seller making refunds & returns a hassle.

The refunds process is simple, send the product back for a refund. I admitted that the shavings are from the manufacturing process. Why someone would install without running their finger along the seal to remove any of the easily removal shavings is beyond me. Buyer initially said the seal was too thin but claimed he didn't have a way to measure the width when asked to show what size he had. Just wants something for free by making a big deal out of nothing. Classic Karen move.

Seller admitted this "Premium Product" described in their listing was just imported Chinese products being sold for $10 by other sellers. A huge stretch for such a small brain. Obviously, the seller stated products in their possession also have excess, which is a tell-tale sign that manufacturing is shipping out inconsistent products. The positioning of the excess tells me that it is not the entry spot for the material during molding process, but that there is a leak spot in mold being used.
