Not poor quality at all. You tried to apply the wall art to corrugated wall paper that had just been painted. I gave a solution but you should not have applied the wall art to a rough, freshly painted surface. No vinyl sticker would have worked. I know you are not happy but you should have read the instructions. This is not our fault. If you bought a tin of paint and spilled it would you blame the paint manufacturer?
