Item was defective in that the right show leaned inward at the heel; making it unwearable. Contacted seller three times and was basically ignored except one message to inform me that the product was. This doesn't address the issue. I would state that a reputable seller would communicate with buyer, arrange for return and credit my account for the amount of purchase. I can eat the cost of the worthless product but will be unhappy with seller. What does eBay say?
