    Again, our apologies for the mispack. Since you opened a Return, we could not exchange. Once a Return is opened and the incorrect parts are shipped back to us, eBay will automatically refund your payment. eBay also handles payments and refunds, we do not. We work very well with our customers and our feedback shows, sometimes mistakes happen in life. We would have easily exchanged the mirror covers if we were contacted us before opening the Return with eBay.
