Feel very comfortable buying from this company. I bought a Leggett & Platt S-cape remote. Tried pairing it with my. 22 yr old bed. I called the seller Matt for help but it was his day off. Steve, an employee gave me Matt’s Phone # to text. Within an hour Matt called me back and we attempted pairing. We tried but it did not work. Matt thought it might be an age issue. He gave me the phone # of L&P and I called. They confirmed what Matt said. Matt immediately texted info for a return. :)
