The seller failed to report that the album was torn at the binding. He asked me for the photos. Since then, he no longer responds to my messages. Considering the amount paid, I am very disappointed.

Received a damaged binder, he says, and only contacts 7 days after delivery and a month after leaves fraudulent negative feedback without opening a claim! I shipped a 100% new album and took photos with the shipping label. Buyer took photos of other album! This artist wanted to get refund without increasing the number of opened complaints in order to not be flagged! Must have a relevant historic of opened complaints and tried to get compensation without opening process. REPORTED TO EBAY
