Why didn't you contact me before leaving a negative feedback based on the product, rather than the seller's service? I could've easily resolved with a no hassle return or a refund. Screen protectors can end up with small bubbles in them if the screen isn't cleaned properly first. It's best to look up many of the available tutorials online on how to apply screen protectors, if you're unsure.
It's just a shame you've resorted to tarnishing my feedback for this reason!
