No problem with seller, sent out fast no probs there, however this product is an absolute faff! We wanted to cast our aged dying dogs paw before he's gone. The bucket is barely big enough to contain the mixture so mixing alginate was precarious, without covering the kitchen with it. By the time we got his paw in the mix it was already setting, and we were not able to cast anything from it. Also, how are you supposed to clean petroleum jelly off a dogs fur afterwards?
