I've been an excellent buyer for many years..just check my feedback...I won an item from this seller and paid immediately as I always do , only to be told I'm getting a refund cause the item has already been sold....really ..??..

I understand that the buyer must be disappointed we were unable to fulfill his order but negative feedback...really. His feedback appears to insinuate we have the item but would not sell it to him which could not be further from the truth and insulting. We sell on other platforms and in a shop. The item was sold but we did not find out about it until after his order came in. We refunded him as soon as we found out. We could have left it a few days but we didn't
