This product arrived in a timely manner and I have been using it for about a month. Though I have not felt the benefit yet, I do know that this light therapy takes consistency over time so I will press on, twice daily for 10 min. The only disappointment is that the small instruction manual does not include what to do if the laser light is blinking as mine started doing today nor is there any contact info to use.
