    Took them 10 business days to finally ship my item. Had to file a claim with eBay to get them to finally ship as they wouldn't answer my two messages. They claim they simply forgot/overlooked my order due to illness. Unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. If you are going to run a business, you need to keep better track of your orders and communicate with your customers. It's not my job to remind you to ship my order. Ordered May 13th.
