Seller gave partial (a few bucks refund) for considerable box damage. I felt the accommodation was a bit stingy (considering that they new, and the picture didn’t reflect the live condition). However, the seller did keep their promise, and was willing to compromise…some. That’s why I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Some consumer advice (especially considering the fragile layer of Funko Pop casing) if you care about resale value (or pristine conditions) don’t purchase online (or with flaws).
