We aim to deal with all returns within 2 business days after receiving them.
 
The Buyer must include a note the following details: Buyer’s name and/or
username, email address and reason for return.
 
Where the returned item is received by us without the necessary information
provided, there may be a delay in processing the return, or in worst cases,
when there is no information to identify the sender at all, it might be impossible

The Buyer may return their purchase to us for any reason for a refund.

If you need a replacement/alternative item you will need to make a brand
new order for that item and return your unwanted item for a refund

we will not accept the return and will request buyer to arrange a collection
of item to be collected and delivered back to buyer.
