Yes have contacted seller I requested that my parcel be left in my shed if I was not at home. I was home and I saw the courier Justin get out of the van and go next door even though I was home. He did not knock on my door. My neighbour had to bring this round for me and it was not easy carrying the parcel. This was easier than coming up my drive and knocking on my door!
